This role sits at the intersection of design, frontend engineering, and AI-driven workflows, ensuring that complex AI capabilities are presented to users in a usable, explainable, and trustworthy manner.
This role exists to prevent failures by enforcing strong UX discipline, thoughtful interaction design, and production-quality frontend engineering.
Key Responsibilities
1. UI / UX Architecture & Design Systems
- Define and own frontend architecture, design systems, and state management strategies for AI-driven applications
- Design scalable UI component libraries that ensure consistency, accessibility, and enterprise branding compliance
- Lead end-to-end product design including discovery, personas, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Partner with product, AI, and engineering teams to translate functional requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Ensure design systems support rapid iteration, accessibility standards, and long-term maintainability
2. AI-Driven UX & Interaction Design
