: Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, data, and architecture functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, project needs, and team culture.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using Recruiter, GitHub, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and niche communities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication skills, and culture alignment.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview process, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience and prompt communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Use ATS / CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Track key recruiting metrics : time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline diversity.
• Collaborate with Talent Branding and HR teams to support university hiring, referral drives, and DEI hiring initiatives.
