Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead global lead-generation efforts across APAC, Europe, USA and Australia. The priority is lead generation, including paid media, SEO, website management, email outreach, account-based marketing (ABM), and global brand Generation & Paid Media :
- Develop and execute global lead-gen strategy across regions (APAC, Europe, USA, Australia).
- Manage paid media campaigns using Google AdWords and other channels; optimize targeting, budget, creatives, ROI.
- Run large-scale cold-email outreach campaigns and implement ABM programmed targeting high-value accounts.
- Track funnel metrics (leads, qualified leads, cost per acquisition, conversion) and optimize & Content Strategy :
- Own SEO strategy : on-page, off-page, technical SEO; proven experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
- Demonstrated success in improving domain score / rankings and familiarity with AI-driven ranking factors is a plus.
- Content generation across funnel stages TOFU (Top-of-Funnel), BOFU (Bottom-of-Funnel) and everything in between. UKGI Insight+2 Metricool+2
- Leverage evolving AEO & GEO trends in content strategy to support global & Performance Management :
- Manage website : CMS updates, page creation / editing, UX, CRO fundamentals.
- Ensure website architecture supports SEO, conversions, global localization; work with Handle analytics via Google Analytics and implementation via Google Tag Manager to track performance and Awareness & Global Drive brand-awareness campaigns across digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and regional adaptation.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, sales teams and external agencies / freelancers globally.
- Stay current with digital marketing, paid-media and SEO innovations across Budget & Set, manage and optimize digital marketing budgets globally; establish SOPs for campaign setup, tracking and reporting.
- Build dashboards tracking key KPIs : lead volume, conversions, domain score improvement, ROAS etc.
- Mentor junior marketers or manage external agency relationships; align sales-marketing for Qualifications & Skills :
- 6-8 years in digital marketing, with focus on lead gen, paid media (Google AdWords etc.), SEO (on-page / off-page / technical), website management, global campaign experience.
- Proven experience with large-scale cold-email outreach and ABM execution.
- SEO tool stack experience and a track record of improving domain score / ranking; familiarity with AEO / GEO trends and AI ranking factors.
- Website management experience : CMS, landing-pages, UX / CRO, Google Analytics, Google Tag
Manager.
Excellent analytical skills : interpret data from paid media, organic, email, web; derive insights and take action.Strong project-management skills, ability to handle multiple geographies, campaigns and stakeholders.Excellent communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and influence global teams.Bachelors degree in Marketing / Business / related field (or equivalent); certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, ABM platforms) preferred.Experience with global markets (APAC, Europe, USA, Australia) strongly preferred.(ref : iimjobs.com)
