One of our client an well-funded legal technology startup seeking a Technical Co-Founder to join our founding team. Their platform has completed successful prototype validation with early user traction across multiple international markets. This is an exceptional ground-floor opportunity to co-build the future of legal services through advanced AI technology.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Technical Co-Founder. The Technical Co-Founder will be responsible for co-building and developing the AI-powered legal technology platform, managing and leading the technical team, and overseeing all technical aspects of the startup. Daily tasks will include designing system architecture, coding, implementing AI and machine learning algorithms, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the scalability and security of the platform. Additionally, the Technical Co-Founder will work closely with other founders and stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of the company.

Location : Hyderabad, India (Hybrid model available)

Commitment : Full-time founding role

Compensation : Competitive base + equity upside

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in system architecture and software development
  • Strong background in AI and machine learning algorithms
  • Skills in coding languages such as Python, Java, or related
  • Proficiency in leading technical teams and managing projects
  • Experience in ensuring the scalability and security of platforms

Role & Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Define technical strategy and platform architecture for AI-powered legal services
  • Lead engineering decisions including technology stack, development frameworks, & scalability planning
  • Build and lead technical team as platform scales from prototype to production
  • Establish development practices including code quality, security standards, & deployment processes

  • Oversee platform development from current prototype through market-ready production system
  • Guide AI integration strategy for document processing, case prediction, and legal analytics
