Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Technical Co-Founder. The Technical Co-Founder will be responsible for co-building and developing the AI-powered legal technology platform, managing and leading the technical team, and overseeing all technical aspects of the startup. Daily tasks will include designing system architecture, coding, implementing AI and machine learning algorithms, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the scalability and security of the platform. Additionally, the Technical Co-Founder will work closely with other founders and stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of the company.
Location : Hyderabad, India (Hybrid model available)
Commitment : Full-time founding role
Compensation : Competitive base + equity upside
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in system architecture and software development
- Strong background in AI and machine learning algorithms
- Skills in coding languages such as Python, Java, or related
- Proficiency in leading technical teams and managing projects
- Experience in ensuring the scalability and security of platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in legal tech, Fintech, Health tech or startup environments is a plus
