Leading Semiconductor Foundry Team
Tata Electronics is currently developing a cutting-edge AI-enabled semiconductor foundry in India.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the Yield Management System team for a 300mm Wafer Fab.
- Collaborate with Digital / IT teams for software design and development.
- Design data integration frameworks to collect data from various sources.
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in data analysis , failure / defect analysis , and yield improvement . Additionally, they must have a strong understanding of device physics , process integration , yield improvement , and failure mechanisms .
