Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Noida. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing digital strategy, running paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance data, creating marketing content, improving SEO / SEM, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the brand’s online presence and engagement.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Paid Advertising, and creating campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms

Strong knowledge of SEO / SEM, Web Analytics, and Data Analysis to optimize online performance

Experience in Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and developing compelling marketing strategies

Skills in managing Digital Tools, Platforms, and Marketing Automation software

Excellent Communication and Leadership abilities to collaborate and lead dynamic teams

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Certifications in Digital Marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Knowledge of e-commerce platform
