Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on experience designing, configuring, and developing custom solutions that drive efficiency and streamline business processes

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
  • Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and deployment procedures.
  • Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms using REST / SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies.
  • Participate in platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve bugs and performance issues.
  • Stay current with new features and best practices related to the ServiceNow platform.

Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and general web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
  • Experience with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum development practices.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CAD) are a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
