About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Lead to drive and manage Human Capital Management (HCM) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM modules, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work on core HCM modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and ESS / MSS.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to the HCM project team and act as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and automation within HCM.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, and deliverables .
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve incidents, ensuring business continuity.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to build strong HCM capability.
Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of experience in SAP HCM functional consulting with at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations .Expertise in SAP HCM sub-modules : PA, OM, TM, Payroll (India / Global), and Benefits.Strong understanding of integration with SAP SuccessFactors and other third-party HR systems.Good knowledge of configuration, customization, and system upgrades .Experience in leading teams and managing client interactions .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications
SAP HCM certification.Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors , Workday, or other HCM cloud platforms.Experience working in Agile / Hybrid delivery models .
