- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, , and emerging platforms
- Write compelling copy and visual briefs that power high-performing creatives
- Track campaign KPIs and budgets (up to ₹10 Cr), ensuring efficient delivery and ROI
- Run A / B tests, interpret metrics, and share actionable insights to scale performance
- Stay sharp on platform updates, trends, and new formats to keep campaigns competitive
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and client teams to ensure campaign alignment and innovation
What You’ll Bring
1–2 years of experience in paid media campaign managementHands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Ads, and analytics dashboardsExposure to GenAI tools for planning, copy generation, or performance benchmarkingUnderstanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad placements, and funnel optimizationA balance of data smarts and creative thinkingGreat communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot performance challenges on the goA Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
