Overview

AZISTA COMPOSITES PRIVATE LIMITED (ACPL), part of the AZISTA Group, is established to realize the most demanding high-temperature engineering applications. We design, develop, manufacture, test and qualify : Carbon-Carbon Composites (CCs), Ceramic-Matrix-Composites (CMCs) and Phthalonitrile (PN) based polymer matrix composites. Some of the products under development include CC Brake Discs for Aircraft, Self-Standing Convergent-Divergent Nozzles, Composite overwrapped hydrogen pressure vessels and CMCs for hypersonic applications among others. About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Mechanical, Aerospace, or CAD / CAM engineering freshers for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in our Design & Development team. The selected candidates will work closely with senior engineers and contribute to product design, modelling, drafting, and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using CAD software (CATIA / SolidWorks / Creo / AutoCAD).
• Support the design and development of mechanical and aerospace components.
• Work with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D) to understand design requirements.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, BOMs, and design reports.
• Perform basic design calculations and support in prototype development.
• Participate in design reviews and suggest improvement ideas.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, guidelines, and engineering best practices.
