Who We’re Looking For :

4-6 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, C2H,Fulltime) and work authorizations.

Proficiency in sourcing tools like, ATS (CEIPAL), Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder and LinkedIn sourcing is plus.

Experience working on direct client requirements and in fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Canada recruitment experience is

huge plus

Education :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is

must
