Operational Support Specialist

About this role :

This is a remote virtual assistant position involving the management of operational and back-office tasks, providing administrative support to US-based businesses.

  • Administrative assistance : Manage executives' schedules, handle emails, prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Excel and MIS reporting : Generate insightful reports, prepare spreadsheets, and dashboards for informed decision-making
  • Business operations : Drive seamless business operations by overseeing processes, fostering collaboration, and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives
  • Project management : Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Data management : Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and manage file systems
  • Research : Conduct online research to gather relevant data and information and prepare summaries and reports
  • Vendor management : Manage communication, documents, and invoices, process orders, and take care of compliance and vendor contracts

Key qualifications include :

  • Minimum 3 years of corporate work experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting
  • Work schedule : US shifts only. Quiet work environment required.
