Ai Agent Developer

Sikich is seeking a talented and driven developers with 3-5 years of experience to help us design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft’s ecosystem. This role involves working with Microsoft Copilot Studio for orchestration, Azure AI services for advanced capabilities, and modern front-end technologies (React) to deliver user-facing applications. If you're passionate about AI, know your way around GitHub and Azure DevOps, and are excited by the opportunity to create impactful solutions in a rapidly evolving space, we’d love to hear from you. Your primary focus will be pro-code work in Azure AI Foundry and front-end development in conjunction with others working in Copilot Studio’s low / no code environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement AI agents connecting to Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Functions where applicable.
• Build intuitive, responsive React-based front-end applications that interface with the AI agents and backend services.
• Manage source control, CI / CD, and deployments using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Build backend integrations using Power Platform connectors, APIs, or custom-built Azure Functions.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable design and deployment practices aligned with Microsoft cloud architecture.
• Document solution architecture, configuration, and development standards.
• Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
