Job Title : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles, as well as experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. Additionally, they should have excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills, and preferably hold an Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborating with HR stakeholders to configure modules and perform end-to-end implementation and support.Conducting testing, providing post-go-live support, creating documentation, and working with technical teams to provide functional specifications.Ensuring compliance with data privacy and localization requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.Understanding of HR processes and policies.Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports.Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.Bonus Information :
