Legal Specialist - FMCG - LLB / LLM

Responsibility :

• Effective contract management including drafting / reviewing various types of agreements, standardizing documents and ensuring that the business risk is mitigated by organized contract management.
• Managing and providing legal advice in connection with all types of Litigation (product liability, HR / labor, NIA, counterfeiting, commercial matters) initiated by or against the Company.
• Liaise with external counsel for various litigations.
• Managing trademark, design and patent matters and managing IP portfolio.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on questions of law and practical issues faced by the Company
• Adequate knowledge to ensure a system of effective document management and MIS for the legal LLB or LLM
• Experience of 3-5 years, preferably in-house
• Good written and verbal communication skills
