About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Sales & Operations Assistant  to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate, even if you're just starting out. The role includes a mix of sales support, customer interaction, and daily operational help — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to learn.

What You’ll Do :

Take and make calls to potential leads and clients

Assist in day-to-day business tasks and coordination

Conduct property visits and showings with clients

Handle basic office work and follow-up tasks

Support miscellaneous tasks related to ongoing projects and client needs

What We’re Looking For :

Good communication skills (spoken and written)

Comfortable talking to new people and explaining property details

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, phone apps, email, etc.)

Willingness to travel locally for site visits

A positive attitude, honesty, and eagerness to learn

Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends

Nice to Have (But Not Required) :

Prior experience in real estate or sales

Familiarity with the local property market
