Job description4–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL / SQL development . Strong experience in Oracle Forms & Reports . Good knowledge of Core Java (for integration or backend support). Solid understanding of relational database concepts, performance tuning, and SQL optimization. Experience with Oracle 10g / 11g / 12c environments. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Should possess good communication skills in order to interact with the customer daily Should be ready for attending late night scrum calls Should be a good listener to during requirement and design discussion

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced PL / SQL Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Forms and a good understanding of Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining database-driven applications while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize PL / SQL stored procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
- Develop and maintain applications using Oracle Forms & Reports .
- Enhance existing applications and troubleshoot production issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop backend components and support integration using Java where required.
- Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure data integrity, application security, and compliances.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation activities.
- Support deployment and post-production activities.
