Job Title : Head Agri Business

Location : Thrissur

Job Objective :

To develop and implement cohesive and integrated marketing and sales policies, plans and procedures on the Agri business in order to maximize the Bank’s market share, profitability and volume on its range of products. A. Primary responsibilities Strategic and planning

• Develop the Agri Business strategy in line with the corporate strategy to ensure alignment with the overall vision of the Bank.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of Agri Business policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the division so that all relevant procedural / regulatory requirements are met.
• Oversee the consolidation and recommend the Agri Business division budget.
• Monitor financial performance versus the budget to anticipate costs / revenues and identify areas of unsatisfactory performance to capitalize on performance improvement opportunities and thereby reduce cost.
• Formulate and manage implementation of the medium to long term strategy of the Agri business in alignment with the overall strategic objectives and direction of the Bank
