About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst - Adobe Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data analytics, strong consulting acumen, and proven experience in the Banking / Lending / Cards domain. You will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, enabling business decision-making, and enhancing digital performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Leverage Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace) to deliver actionable insights across business functions.
• Build advanced data models and dashboards to track business performance and customer behavior.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and optimization levers.
• Drive reporting automation and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all deliverables.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership teams in a clear, business-focused manner.
• Support cross-functional teams in decision-making through data-backed strategies.
• Continuously explore new analytics capabilities and contribute to best practices within the analytics function.
