Key Responsibilities :

• Manage user provisioning, including creation, deactivation, role assignment, and permission management.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Respond to support requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform data management tasks such as data import / export, deduplication, and mass updates using tools like Data Loader.
• Monitor integrations with other applications and collaborate with technical teams in case of failures.
• Assist with configuration changes including page layouts, profiles, flows, process builder, approval processes, etc.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and business stakeholders to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Generate reports and dashboards for business stakeholders based on requirements.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and provide recommendations for leveraging new features.
• Maintain documentation for support processes, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
