Selected intern&aposs day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
2. Resolve issues quickly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions
4. Work with other teams to improve processes and service
