Role Overview :

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager for our Kochi operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience or exposure in the real estate domain , deep understanding of Kochi's property market , and the ability to drive sales through local broker networks .

The candidate must be a Kochi local resident and fluent in Malayalam with proven skills in managing broker relationships, generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive real estate sales for bank-auctioned and NPA properties listed on AuctionBazaar.com .
  • Build and manage a network of local real estate brokers and agents across Kochi
  • Identify potential buyers and investors interested in distressed and auction properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits as required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Track and report sales performance, lead conversions, and market feedback to management.
  • Develop strong market intelligence and maintain updated knowledge of local property trends.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism, ethics, and transparency in all client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales , preferably in residential / commercial segments.
  • Proven ability to handle broker networks and close high-value transactions .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English .
  • Native of Kochi with excellent knowledge of local geography and property markets.
  • Familiarity with property documentation, sales processes, and due diligence.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
