The Founder’s Office is at the heart of Defyn — managing growth, sales, client journeys, and execution end-to-end. This is not a routine 9–5. It’s an accelerated role for someone hungry to learn, grow, and be part of building something that has never existed before.

What You’ll Do :

Sales & Business Development

Manage and close inbound leads from website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals.

Understand customer needs deeply and guide them into the right Defyn journey.

Marketing & Client Servicing

Support execution of campaigns, events, and partnerships.

Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal team to ensure smooth delivery.

Track marketing performance and customer insights.

Founder’s Office Execution

Act as the bridge between the Founder and clients / prospects.

Manage CRM, track pipeline, follow-ups, and ensure client satisfaction.

Take ownership of special projects that drive growth.

Who You Are

2–3 years of experience in

marketing / business development / client servicing (agency background preferred) .

Strong communication skills — articulate, persuasive, and empathetic.

Smart, quick learner, high on energy, able to handle multiple things at once.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.

Someone who thrives on responsibility and is not afraid to get hands dirty.
