from 6.30PM / 7.30PM / 8.30PM.
Primary Objective :
To initiate contact with clinic decision-makers, generate qualified interest in the company’s product offerings, and hand off warm leads to the internal sales team for further engagement and closure.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound outreach to assigned clinic lists through calls, Teams messages, and email follow-ups.
Identify and verify key contacts such as pharmacy buyers, practice managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualify potential leads by assessing interest levels and fit for company products.
Accurately capture and maintain contact information, including name, title, email, and phone number.
Perform live transfers of qualified leads to the inside sales team for conversion.
For clinics that are not interested in proceeding, document detailed feedback and reasons for non-conversion to help identify potential barriers or improvement areas.
Success Metric :
Lead-to-Qualified-Opportunity Conversion Rate
– percentage of outreach efforts resulting in warm, qualified referrals.
