Job Summary :

The Executive- Content will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing influencer collaborations to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. This role involves end-to-end management of influencer campaigns — from selection and outreach to performance tracking and post-campaign analysis — ensuring all activities align with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand objectives and campaign briefs.
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and deliverable coordination , ensuring smooth communication and execution.
• Oversee campaign logistics , including timely dispatch of products, delivery of briefs, and content approvals.
• Review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
• Track and analyse campaign performance metrics , preparing detailed reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized influencer databases and track budgets, spends, and campaign details.
• Stay updated on Instagram trends, platform updates, and emerging creators across relevant categories.
• Share insights and recommendations on high-performing content, influencer opportunities, and campaign optimization strategies.
