Job descriptionMinimum of 7 years of product management experience in the BFSI / FinTech / Neo Banking / Agri Tech space, including working in a product role for a consumer or B2B SaaS service platform and having a track record of multiple successful launches, demonstrating full ownership of the product life cycle. Possess relevant experience in lending, remittances, and payments, including a solid understanding of loan origination, loan management systems, and collection management processes across diverse lending products. Lead the strategy, design, and execution of GenAI and Agentic AI products, integrating Rack Systems, Model Context Protocol, and LLMs to deliver scalable, context-aware, and intelligent enterprise solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, AI / ML, infrastructure, and business stakeholders) to define roadmaps, optimize rack-based deployments, and ensure seamless adoption of next-gen AI capabilities in real-world use cases. Experience working with AI / ML applications (e.g., predictive insights, chatbots, personalization, GenAI tools). Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and / or MBA / MS from a top business school. Strong grasp and prior experience in working with web and mobile technologies, showcasing a deep understanding of their functionalities and capabilities. Built and delivered products / product-features using Agile methodologies. Possess a decent level of knowledge on APIs (REST and JSON), database design, acquired either during your tenure in Product Management or prior to it, ensuring that you have a solid understanding in this area. Proficient in product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Figma. Skilled in cloud platforms and development tools including Azure DevOps, AWS, and Postman.

- Lead the strategic ideation, design, and execution of AI / ML use cases across FinTech, BFSI, DeFi, and AgriTech, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to build scalable, intelligent, and future-ready digital ecosystems. Familiarity with blockchain / Web 3.0 is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle : from ideation, requirements, and architecture through development, launch, measurement, and continuous iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a Functional Architect (understanding of domain workflows, compliance, and processes) and Technical Architect (system design, integration, scalability).
- Work with product design teams to iteratively develop intuitive user journeys and highly usable prototypes powered by AI-driven personalization.
- Act as a thought leader internally and externally, helping shape the vision for AI-first FinTech and decentralized innovation.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver next-gen AI-powered features with high usability, performance, and security.
- Continuously explore industry trends, key competitors, their differentiated offerings, and client feedback to drive ongoing improvement and ensure that the Product remain at the forefront of the industry.
