About the Role

Aroza Event Center (California, USA) is seeking a highly experienced Franchise Specialist to help us develop, structure, and model our franchise program. This role requires deep franchise knowledge, business planning skills, and the ability to work closely with our US leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and structure the Franchise Model for Aroza Event Center

Create operational, financial, and branding frameworks for franchising

Prepare franchise documentation (manuals, agreements, SOPs, process flows)

Analyze market potential and support the expansion strategy

Work directly with the US team to refine franchise guidelines

Provide expert advice on franchise pricing, fees, and processes

Support onboarding and setup for future franchise partners

Requirements

Strong experience in franchise development or business expansion

Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)

Solid understanding of franchise documentation and operations

Ability to work California business hours from India

Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills

Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently
