Job Description

• Oversee and manage all testing operations for products and services.
• Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks, tool selection, and architecture for both UI and backend testing.
• Drive CI / CD-based automation practices, integrating quality into the development lifecycle (Left Shift Testing).
• Own and execute a comprehensive performance testing strategy, including Load, Stress, Soak, and Endurance tests using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and AppDynamics.
• Collaborate with QA Leads, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure consistent test standards across all projects.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and identify improvement areas in app, database, and middleware layers.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of custom Windows and Web applications through rigorous non-functional testing.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP - Sr. Test Architect should have :

• 12-18 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in performance testing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in automation tools (Selenium, UFT, Test Complete) and performance tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, Performance Centre).
• Proficient in AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk for performance monitoring and analysis.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, UNIX, and both functional / non-functional testing practices.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of working in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
