We're Hiring : Sales Manager, Academic Institutions

Location : Pune

Function : Sales (obviously)

Sell our tech & services to colleges.

That’s it. That’s the job.

No brand building. No “strategy decks.” No vague metrics.

Just find colleges → pitch them → close them → repeat.

So, what will you actually be doing?

  • Hunt down colleges like a bloodhound on a scholarship
  • Get into the heads of VCs, registrars, deans, and anyone who makes decisions
  • Pitch them YouTribe (our epic platform for building communities) and our marketing suite
  • Close deals, collect joy, count revenue
  • Track your hustle, report your wins, cry privately if you miss quota

Be the entire sales department (for now)

Once you start closing deals, build your own sales team — hire your clones, train them, rule them.

This role is for you if :

  • You're tired of office politics and want a role where you win if you sell — period
  • You can walk into a college and hold your own in a room full of professors
  • You enjoy rejection almost as much as you enjoy commissions
  • You know how to close deals without buzzwords or death-by-PPT
  • You’ve got 2–4 years in sales, especially EdTech or anything that required real hustle
  • You’re fluent in English, Hindi, and the language of “What’s the ROI?”

  • You need a script for every call
  • You're planning to “build a pipeline” but not actually “close”
  • You think your job ends after sending a proposal
  • You’re afraid of the word “target”
  • You want to be “Head of Sales” before you’ve sold a thing
