Job Title :  Financial Analyst (Remote – EST Hours)

Location :  Remote (Must be available to work EST hours)

About the Role We are looking for  Financial Analysts  to join our remote team and support financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements. This is a remote role that requires availability during  Eastern Standard Time (EST)  hours. We have openings for candidates with  3+ years of experience  as well as those with  5+ years of experience  who can take on a more advanced scope.

Key Responsibilities Reporting & Analysis

Build, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports.

Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners.

Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.

Data Management & Accuracy

Extract data from ERP, BI tools, and databases for reporting.

Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding.

Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Process & Timeliness

Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines.

Standardise reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis.

Experience Levels For 3+ Years’ Experience (Mid-Level Role) :

Strong foundation in  financial reporting and analysis .

Ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests.

Exposure to  FP&A or revenue accounting  preferred.

For 5+ Years’ Experience (Senior Role) :

Advanced expertise in  FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting .

Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.

Strong SQL / database skills for data extraction and analysis.

Ability to partner with leadership to provide  strategic financial insights .
