Role Overview

Lead the creative vision and strategy for all client campaigns across the D2C ecosystem. Responsible for maintaining brand consistency while driving innovative creative solutions that convert across multiple touchpoints from brand inception to marketplace sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership & Vision
  • Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies for D2C brands across all platforms
  • Lead creative ideation sessions and brand positioning workshops
  • Ensure creative alignment with business objectives and ROI targets
  • Oversee creative quality standards and brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Brand Development
  • Guide brand identity creation from inception to market launch
  • Develop brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity systems
  • Create compelling brand narratives that resonate across multiple consumer touchpoints
  • Establish creative frameworks for brand extension and evolution
  • Landing Page Optimization
  • Collaborate with web designers on landing page optimization for search traffic
  • Implement A / B testing for landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Optimize Quality Score factors and ad relevance
  • Ensure search ads align with landing page content and user intent
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Conceptualize integrated campaigns across digital and marketplace platforms
  • Direct creative execution for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, and other marketplaces
  • Oversee advertising creative for Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Ensure creative adaptability across various ad formats and platform specifications
  • Team Management
  • Manage and mentor creative strategist and graphic designer
  • Foster collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct performance reviews and professional development planning
  • Recruit and build creative talent pipeline
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to C-level executives
  • Manage client expectations and feedback integration
  • Lead creative pitches and new business presentations
  • Maintain long-term creative partnerships with key clients
