Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to spearhead our luxury resort investment sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a passion for luxury hospitality, a keen understanding of investment sales, and a drive to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNI). Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership : Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Strategic Sales Development : Create and execute tailored sales strategies for luxury resort investments that resonate with investors’ goals.
• Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HNI & UHNI clients, understanding their needs and delivering personalized investment solutions.
• Presenting Investment Opportunities : Clearly communicate investment opportunities, benefits, ROI models, and exclusive advantages to potential investors.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and execute successful promotional campaigns.
• Market Insights : Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and optimize sales strategies.
• Client Experience Management : Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for clients, from initial interaction to deal closure and beyond.
