We’re Hiring : Technical Lead – Business Intelligence (BI)

📍 Location : Hyderabad | Experience : 6–10 years | 🕓 Employment Type : Full-time

Are you a BI expert passionate about driving analytics modernization across cloud platforms?

We’re looking for a Technical Lead – BI with deep expertise in Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, Azure, and AWS to lead end-to-end BI development and migration initiatives — including transitioning from Power BI to Amazon BI while ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of dashboards and reports using Power BI and Amazon QuickSight
Drive migration projects from Power BI to Amazon BI
Integrate BI tools with Azure and AWS data sources (S3, Redshift, Athena, Synapse)
Implement best practices in data modeling, governance, and visualization
Develop SPFx web parts using React, TypeScript & SharePoint Framework
Enhance automation through Power Apps and Power Automate
Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor developers, and ensure Agile delivery

🧠 Required Skills

Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance tuning)

Hands-on with Amazon QuickSight & BI migrations

Strong in Azure & AWS services (App Services, Lambda, SQS / SNS, Functions)

Solid understanding of SQL, ETL, and data warehousing

Experience with Power Platform and SharePoint (CSOM / SSOM / SPFx)

Strong focus on security, governance, and CI / CD

🎯 Preferred : BI modernization project experience, Agile / DevOps exposure, and certifications in Power BI / AWS / Azure.
