About Zumlo

Zumlo is a digital well-being companion that helps people understand themselves better and take small, meaningful steps toward balance every day.

We’re building an AI-powered ecosystem that personalizes activities, reflections, and guidance across mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Design is at the heart of Zumlo — every color, word, and interaction should make people feel supported, calm, and understood.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product & Experience Designer who deeply believes that great design can change how people feel — not just what they do.

You’ll help define Zumlo’s visual and emotional language — designing experiences that comfort, guide, and inspire across our app, web, and brand touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who blends visual storytelling, UX empathy, and creative innovation — someone who wants to build design systems that feel human.

You will :

  • Design elegant, emotional UX / UI experiences for mobile and web (in Figma).
  • Build and evolve Zumlo’s design language and component systems for consistency and warmth.
  • Create beautiful, responsive web and marketing pages (in Webflow, WordPress, or Framer).
  • Design visuals for brand, content, and campaigns that reflect human emotion and clarity.
  • Conduct user research and empathy-driven design explorations to inform interface decisions.
  • Work closely with product, AI, and marketing teams to shape cohesive, emotionally intelligent experiences.
  • Stay ahead of new design tools, creative platforms, and trends in human-centered design.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years of design experience across UX / UI and visual design.
  • Proven experience applying human-centered and emotional design principles — this is a must.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, interaction design).
  • Hands-on with Webflow, WordPress, or Framer for web and landing page builds.
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Curiosity about psychology, behavior, or emotional response design.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates soulful, intentional, and human design.

  • Motion design, micro-interactions, or animation to bring experiences to life.
  • Experience designing for well-being, mental health, or lifestyle apps.
  • Exposure to multi-sensory or AI-driven user experiences.
