Job descriptionIdentify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities. Conduct market research to identify target segments, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. Engagement with clients leading towards order closing. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to order book, revenue growth, activities, profit margin, a mix of products and services sales, customer retention, and acquisition. Devise and execute a successful business development strategy per the Company's plans. Assess new business ventures' feasibility, financial viability, and strategic fit. Thrust business from emerging activity lines of RESL such as ETP / CETP / WTP / ZLD / Bio Gas. 8 - 12 years' prior waste water treatment industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented.
