Experience : Minimum 6-10 Years of experience
Must Have :
Bachelor’s / Master’s / Ph.D. in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering.
Tool experience : SC03, ABAQUS , Hypermesh, DARWIN, UG-NX.
Strong fundamental in Low Cycle Fatigue, Fracture mechanics, solid mechanics, strength of material and Finite element
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Stress & Life Engineer to join our team, focusing on the stress, lifing and integrity assessment of critical rotating parts in aero engines. The role involves performing structural analysis, life prediction, and validation to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of critical rotating parts such as disks, blades, and shafts.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform structural analysis (linear and nonlinear FEA) of aeroengine rotating parts.
Conduct fatigue and fracture mechanics analysis to assess part life.
Perform high cycle fatigue (HCF), low cycle fatigue (LCF), creep, and thermal-mechanical fatigue (TMF) evaluations.
Perform rotor integrity, creep and crushing assessment of rotating parts
Perform melt anomaly and manufacturing anomaly of parts
Support design optimization for weight, performance, and life improvements.
Support certification and validation activities with test and field data correlation.
Prepare technical reports, presentation, and present findings to stakeholders.
