Role – API Engineer

Contract : 6-12+ Months with possible extensions

Location : Pune (Hybrid Opportunity)

API Development and Support Engineer

Job Details include :

  • Developing Integration application using Java, Springboot
  • Design and implement security in enterprise applications
  • Performance tuning of application servers
  • Load balancing and clustering of applications
  • Testing & Support for developed applications
  • Addressing technical support tickets
  • Assist the technical project team in analyzing and prioritizing issues, identifying the root causes, and suggesting and employing mitigation strategies
  • Demonstrate a history of successfully and reliably completing delivery tasks.
  • Serve as the technical expert for the support efforts reporting to management as necessary and providing support governance to technical teams as and when needed.

Requirements :

  • 4-6 years of experience working with Java, Springboot and should be able to deliver the work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Must have hands on experience developing & supporting integration API’s using Java, Springboot,
  • Must have experience in Springboot API.
  • Experience with SOA and Web Service standards (REST, JSON, SOAP, WSDL, WS-I Basic Profile, WS -
  • extensions and standards).
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Design Principles.
  • Experience in AppDynamics, Splunk is must.
  • Experience in AWS Cloud or Pivotal cloud foundry or Kubernetes is plus.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including good presentation and critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related technical field or the equivalent professional experience
  • Technical Certifications and work experience in financial sector will be added advantage
