Role Overview

As an

Operations Intern , you'll be on the frontlines of execution ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly across sourcing, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. You'll work closely with the founding team, suppliers, and customers to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily order processing, fulfillment, and dispatch coordination

Work with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Track inventory levels, identify gaps, and support restocking workflows

Monitor and report key metrics (e.g. fill rates, delivery time, spoilage)

Support the implementation of tech tools across the supply chain

Solve on-ground operational challenges with agility and ownership

What We're Looking For

Students or recent grads in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Hands-on attitude with willingness to get into the details

Prior experience in supply chain, FMCG, or agri / logistics startups is a plus

Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic operations tools
