Job Location : Sanpada Navi Mumbai

Job Description :

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client expectations and organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive Agile / Scrum ceremonies or traditional waterfall governance based on the project methodology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue escalation.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure timely delivery
  • Track project performance, analyze metrics, and report on progress to senior management
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Desired Profile :

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with Minimum 8 years of experience in managing IT projects across application development, digital transformation
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile / Scrum methodologies and Hands-on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT service delivery, including scope, timelines, resource planning, and quality control
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Certification in PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
