Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Ajmer. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with booking and managing travel tickets, handling inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and offering personalized travel solutions. The role includes managing reservations, processing payments, and coordinating with travel vendors or partners, while also promoting the company's services to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional support
• Proficiency in Reservations and Travel & Tourism processes to ensure accurate and seamless booking management
• Experience in Ticketing
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in relevant reservation software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry or related field is a plus
