Role : Technical Lead UI

We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead - UI with strong expertise in Angular

(v18+) to join our fast-growing, product-based team in Trivandrum.

The Role :

Lead and inspire a passionate UI team to architect, design, and deliver large-scale, high performance web applications that are clean, scalable, and user-focused. You'll work closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to transform ideas into impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of front-end / UI developers.
Architect and develop complex, large-scale web applications using Angular (v18+).
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Establish best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous integration / deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Backend) to deliver clean, maintainable solutions.
Review, troubleshoot, and resolve code, performance, and integration issues.
Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
Facilitate code reviews, provide feedback, and build a collaborative engineering culture.
Document technical solutions, UI standards, and architectural decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8 to 10 years of proven experience in UI / front-end development.

Strong expertise in Angular (v18 and above), including RxJS, TypeScript, CLI, and advanced component architecture.

Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS / SASS, and JavaScript ES6+.

Experience with state management libraries (NgRx).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JWT, and integration with backend services.
