About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Creative Director – Art to define and lead the visual language at our creative agency. You'll head the art team, shape design direction across campaigns, IPs, and branded experiences, and push the boundaries of creativity. This is a leadership role where you'll not only deliver unforgettable work but also build and mentor a strong team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design at the agency, setting the visual tone across campaigns, experiences, and brand worlds.
• Partner with strategy and copy teams to take ideas from concept to execution.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a talented design team, raising the bar for craft and creativity.
• Translate ideas into impactful design systems across digital, identity, motion, print, and spatial design.
• Challenge safe thinking while balancing bold ideas with clarity and practicality.
• Collaborate directly with clients to bring cultural relevance to brands.
