We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with experience in IT staffing client acquisition and business growth . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service models a proven track record in achieving sales targets and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify develop and manage new business opportunities in the IT staffing and resource augmentation domain.

Generate leads through various channels including networking cold calling and digital outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their hiring and project needs.

Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts close business deals and achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify new trends client requirements and competitive insights.

Participate in proposal development client meetings and presentations.

Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3 5 years of experience in Business Development IT Staffing or Client Management.

Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets .

Strong understanding of IT staffing models recruitment processes and service delivery.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Self-motivated proactive and target-driven individual with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
