- Define product roadmap and vision for walling products (e.g., AAC blocks, wall panels, drywall systems, plaster, or other masonry solutions).
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing for new product development and improvements.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and gap analysis.
Market Intelligence & Customer Insights :
Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.Visit job sites, channel partners, architects, and contractors for firsthand insights.Provide market feedback to guide innovation and product positioning.Go-to-Market & Launch Planning :
Develop product launch plans and manage rollouts in coordination with marketing and sales.Create product collaterals, datasheets, demos, and technical documentation.Conduct internal product training for sales and distribution partners.Sales Enablement & Support :
Act as a product expert and key point of contact for the sales team in Surat and surrounding markets.Support with pricing strategies, technical presentations, and customer-specific solutions.Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to drive product adoption.Channel & Stakeholder Engagement :
Work closely with channel partners, influencers, and project stakeholders to drive product visibility.Support marketing campaigns, seminars, and awareness activities in Surat region.Performance Tracking & Reporting :
Monitor KPIs including volume growth, market share, pricing, and profitability.Provide regular product performance updates to leadership.Key Requirements : Education :
B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Chemical) + MBA in Marketing or Product Management (preferred)Experience :
5 8 years in product management or technical marketing in walling materials, construction chemicals, or building solutionsSkills :
Strong technical and commercial understanding of walling solutionsGood communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skillsFamiliarity with project sales and construction practicesProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and product lifecycle toolsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
