We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage various aspects of our U.S. workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees.
- Coordinate payroll processing accurately using ADP or Paycom systems.
- Maintain full compliance with California labor laws and ensure accurate HR records.
- Administer benefits programs and handle employee inquiries efficiently.
- Manage HR data, generate management reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve HR issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills :
3-5 years of HR experience in U.S. operations, preferably in a similar role.In-depth understanding of California labor laws, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms like ADP or Paycom.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
