HIL Validation Engineer

We are seeking HIL Validation Engineers who are passionate about automotive systems, testing, and automation to join our client in Chennai l ocation .

Location : Chennai

Experience : 6+ years to 10 years

Notice Period : Immediate joiners

Position : Contract

Domain : Automotive Electronics / Electrical Systems

Skills Required :

dSPACE, ECU Test Tool, EOL (End of Line) experience, ECU Test Tool — Mandatory

CAPL / Python scripting experience

Strong understanding of Electrical & Electronics concepts

Battery Management System (BMS) knowledge – Preferable

Experience with CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet protocols, and Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)

Execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation for automotive ECUs

Develop and automate test cases using ECUTEST and Python

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and validate DUT performance

Collaborate with OEM / Tier-1 teams for system validation

Interface with customers and cross-functional teams
