Technical Lead - AngularJS / ElectronJS

We are looking for a Tech Lead with deep expertise in Angular12+ and Electron.js to build cross-platform desktop applications for healthcare environments. You'll contribute to the development of secure, high-performance applications used in clinical workflows and medical device interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop scalable, secure desktop apps using Electron.js and Angular (v12+). (Mandatory)
• Build intuitive UIs for complex healthcare workflows, integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize desktop app performance, memory usage, and IPC communication.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Backend, Clinical SMEs).
• Provide mentorship, perform code reviews, and contribute to architectural :
• 9+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Electron.js.
• Experience in building and deploying cross-platform desktop apps (Windows / macOS / Linux).
• Familiarity with Node.js, IPC, app signing, auto-updates, and packaging tools.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Candidate must have experience in handling a team
