Azure Data Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions on the Azure platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and related services to build scalable, secure, and efficient data pipelines and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Implement and maintain ETL / ELT processes for both structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Develop and manage data models (star schema, snowflake schema, normalization) for OLTP and OLAP systems to support

reporting and advanced analytics.

1. Strong hands-on experience with :

2. Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL) and Python / PySpark for data processing and transformation.

3. Experience designing ETL / ELT pipelines and data integration patterns for large-scale data environments.

4. Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema, snowflake schema, and normalization.

5. Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance in Azure environments.

6. Exposure to DevOps practices and CI / CD pipeline creation, preferably using Azure DevOps.

7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

8. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
