Description : About the Role :
We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to help us build and optimize our customer data ecosystem using Salesforce Data Cloud, AWS Redshift, and Marketing Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce data platforms and exposure to AWS Redshift, data modeling, and marketing automation. This role is instrumental in driving our data-driven personalization initiatives while ensuring all practices are aligned with CIMETs ISO 27001 information security management objectives and data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Salesforce Data Cloud Management :
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud components such as Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution.
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources including AWS Redshift, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and internal operational systems.
- Maintain data accuracy, schema integrity, and ingestion health through regular validation and monitoring.
Data Integration & Activation :
Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud for real-time segmentation and activation.Design and optimize data pipelines and ETL / ELT processes between Redshift and Salesforce ecosystems.Enable data synchronization for audience targeting, personalized campaigns, and performance tracking.Customer 360 & Segmentation :
Develop a unified customer view by leveraging identity resolution and behavioral data models.Define and build customer segments based on demographic, transactional, and engagement data.Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to drive data-backed campaign strategies.Governance, Security & Compliance :
Ensure that all data management and processing activities comply with ISO 27001 controls, GDPR, and organizational data security policies.Support implementation of data classification, consent management, and audit readiness processes.Collaborate with the Information Security and Data Governance teams to maintain documentation, data lineage, and risk registers related to customer data handling.Reporting & Optimization :
Partner with analytics and BI teams to create insights and dashboards from unified datasets.Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance data accuracy, activation speed, and governance alignment.(ref : hirist.tech)
