Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) based in the Greater Delhi Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing and reviewing code, leading software development projects, implementing best practices in software engineering, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications

• Experienced Backend Engineer : You have 3+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.
• Framework Expertise : Deep, hands-on experience with modern backend web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar.
• Languages : Next.js, Python, Javascript.
• Cloud & DevOps Native : Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments.
• Systems Designer : You have proven experience designing large-scale software systems and writing high-quality, production-grade code and tests. This includes handling error cases, asynchronous code, streaming data, caching, and robust logging / analytics.
• Vibe Coder : Experience with vibe / peer coding platforms such as Cursor, Lovable, etc.
• Excellent Communicator : You possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
